Title 22 Of Texas Administrative Code

Title 22 Of Texas Administrative Code

Title 22 of the United States Code outlines the role of foreign relations and intercourse in the United States Code. The Texas Administrative Code  is the collection of all rules and regulations made by the executive branch agencies of the State of Texas. Responsibility for the compilation, publication, and updating of the Texas Administrative Code lies with the Texas Office of Administrative Law (OAL).[1] All rules and regulations must be made in accordance with the Texas Administrative Procedure Act and the OAL's Rules for Agency Rulemaking, which are codified at in Title 1, Chapter 30 of the Code. Newly proposed rules are published for comment in another publication of the OAL, the Texas Register, which is the state counterpart to the Federal Register. The Texas Register is published twice a month. Once the new rules are officially adopted, they are published in the Code.
