Cheapest Land In America

Cheapest Land In America

At the heart of every alternative home dream is that parcel of cheap land. You know the one...that ideal acreage with the trout stream running through it, or whatever the fantasy might be. Cheap Land in America.com is offering large acreages for as low as $179/acre, in the mountains of Wyoming no less. Yours to buy in five minutes over the phone with no credit checks. First Harvest in the Wilderness by Asher Brown Durand (1796-1886)  Who knows, you might even find a trout stream in the mountains of Wyoming. If it's true and it probably is, these land prices are as cheap as any you are likely to find anywhere with the possible exception of some mine field in Afghanistan. Who's to say what great deals might be possible but more than a few caveats are definitely in order. First off, the sale of cheap land anywhere implies the obvious, that there is a seller out there who considers it an equally good deal to offload the land at that price and it might be wise to look into those reasons before taking the plunge. Cheap land is usually, if not always, cheap for a reason. If the reason is a distressed sale due to risk of foreclosure etc. then the sale might well represent good value to the buyer. The US is experiencing an unprecedented plunge in real estate prices and there is no question that bargains abound for anyone with money left to pay for them. And assuming they are able to pick the bottom of the market accurately, no easy task.
