Tom Sebok is President and CEO of Y&R North America, our network of six agencies in New York, Chicago, Detroit, San Francisco, Irvine, and Toronto. He is based at our New York headquarters. Tom joined Y&R in 2008 from BBDO, where he spent eight years as Managing Director of BBDO New York. During his recent tenure at BBDO, Tom was responsible for the global service of PepsiCo International, spanning all food and beverage brands in over 60 countries. He also led the global service of AIG, Motorola, Campbell’s Soup Company, FedEx, and Pizza Hut and was responsible for Omnicom’s integrated service of Lowe’s across 13 different agency disciplines. Tom was a key leader in BBDO’s reinvention as an agency that works in both traditional and new media. Under Tom’s leadership, Y&R North America is experiencing great momentum. With a renewed emphasis on creativity and the integration of digital at our core, we have won new accounts: Cellular South, Office Depot, Pfizer, Doubletree, hotels.com, Round Table Pizza, Giant Eagle, Virgin Atlantic and Prevnar to our client roster.
